Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Develop strategies for lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
Create and manage campaign budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with the creative, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.
Identify new opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and conversion tracking.
Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
