As a Petroleum Engineering Graduate, you will work closely with the Retail team as its key link to internal departments — Procurement, Engineering, CSG, CNC, and Accounting — and to external partners such as dealers. You will help keep the retail budget on track, act as the main custodian of retail files and records, and provide the administrative and operational support that keeps retail operations running smoothly. In this role, you will uphold company policies and industry standards while contributing fresh ideas to improve how the department works.
How You’ll Drive Success
Retail Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Procurement, Accounting, Engineering, CSG, and CNC to keep retail activities aligned and on schedule
- Serve as a point of contact for dealers and other external stakeholders — preparing, issuing, and monitoring official memos so that retail policies and initiatives are clearly communicated
- Make sure retail documents are circulated, reviewed, and updated on time
Budget Tracking & Financial Support
- Help monitor the retail budget to support the efficient allocation and use of resources
- Keep complete and current records of retail-related financial transactions
- Support the Retail Operations Manager through budgeting and expense-tracking tasks
Records Management & Compliance
- Act as the main custodian of retail files and records, keeping them organized, accessible, and secure
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements on document handling and retention
- Review retail records regularly to confirm they are accurate and complete
Operations Support & Continuous Improvement
- Spot opportunities to simplify retail processes and improve efficiency
- Assist in rolling out new retail policies, procedures, and system improvements
- Take on other duties as assigned in support of retail operations and business goals
The Expertise You Bring
Education
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering or a related engineering course
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior work experience needed
- Internship or work exposure in retail, operations, or administration is a plus but not required
- Eager to learn and quick to adapt in a fast-moving retail setting
Skills & Competencies
- Well-organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities at once
- Clear communicator who works confidently with internal teams and external partners
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning retail systems
- Working knowledge of budgeting and expense tracking
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently without sacrificing accuracy
- Analytical, solutions-focused mindset suited to a dynamic environment
