Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented System Analyst – Regulatory Reporting to analyze business requirements, support regulatory reporting systems, and ensure that reporting solutions meet applicable regulatory requirements and business needs, particularly within the banking or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to regulatory reporting.
- Work closely with business users, compliance teams, regulatory reporting teams, developers, and QA teams.
- Analyze regulatory reporting processes, data flows, and system functionalities.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and process flow diagrams.
- Translate regulatory requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Support system testing, including SIT and UAT, and assist in resolving issues identified during testing.
- Ensure regulatory reporting solutions comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and reporting standards.
- Support system enhancements, issue investigation, and documentation updates.
