**Description:**

About the role

Join the Data Analytics team to help transform business data into meaningful insights through Power BI reporting and dashboards. Working closely with Retail, Finance, Operations and Marketing, you will develop reporting solutions, analyse business performance and contribute to data\-driven decision making across the organisation.

Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance activities. Analyse business performance and identify trends, opportunities and risks. Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Create and maintain documentation for reports, dashboards and data models. Support ongoing enhancement of the Power BI reporting environment. Assist in data preparation and transformation using SQL and Power Query. Participate in analytical projects across Sales, Finance and Operations.

**Skills and Experiences:**

About you

You are a highly analytical and detail\-oriented professional with strong problem\-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high\-quality, accurate work. You build effective relationships with stakeholders through clear communication and have the confidence to collaborate across teams to achieve positive outcomes

Exposure to Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools. Understanding of data modelling concepts and reporting best practices. Exposure to SQL, Python or other analytical programming languages. Willingness to undertake professional development and achieve the Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification (PL\-300\) within six months of commencement.
