Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented UI/UX Designer to create engaging, user\-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user\-centered design principles and be able to transform business requirements into intuitive and functional interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and applications. * Conduct user research and understand user behavior to improve the overall user experience. * Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems. * Collaborate with developers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver high\-quality designs. * Ensure responsive and mobile\-friendly designs across different devices. * Improve existing UI based on user feedback and usability testing. * Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and design standards. * Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. * Prepare design assets and collaborate with developers during implementation.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of **Figma** (mandatory). * Experience with **Adobe XD**, **Adobe Photoshop**, and **Adobe Illustrator**. * Understanding of responsive web design and mobile\-first design principles. * Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping. * Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front\-end development concepts will be an added advantage. * Strong problem\-solving, creativity, and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. * A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects. * Experience working in a digital marketing, IT, or software development company will be an advantage.
