**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare and manage customer quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Technical Offers (TO), and commercial proposals. * Review customer inquiries, RFQs, specifications, and technical requirements. * Prepare datasheets, compliance statements, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with customers for technical clarifications and order processing. * Provide product information and technical support to customers and sales teams. * Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and customer requirements. * Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for order execution. * Maintain records of quotations, orders, customer communications, and project documents. * Support tender submissions and documentation activities. * Handle day\-to\-day technical back\-office operations.

**Required Skills**

* Strong technical understanding of electrical, electronics, or engineering products. * Knowledge of quotation preparation and technical\-commercial documentation. * Excellent communication and customer handling skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Ability to understand technical specifications and datasheets. * Good organizational and documentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields. * 1–5 years of experience in Technical Sales Support, Back Office Engineering, Tendering, Quotations, or Customer Support. * Experience in High Voltage Testing Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Power Industry, Transformer Industry, or related sectors will be preferred.
