Project Dawn isn't just our flagship; it's our shot to scale CO₂ removal globally. Your Mission at Phlair Own Finance end-to-end. Own Corporate Finance, i.e. oversee accounting, own financial planning (Financial Model, Corporate Model) Take over more strategic and project related topics, gradually take over ownership on Techno-Economic-Model and Project Model Explore debt financing and support with equity fundraising and investor relations Your targets are your North Star. What You Bring to the Team Non-negotiable: STEM with experience in finance or business with experience in technical environment Minimum of 2 years working experience; prior exposure to PE, top-tier consulting, or a fast-paced startup setting is a strong plus.
