Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and support field operations personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
- Establish and maintain standardized operational processes, field reporting, and execution practices across all projects.
- Monitor project performance, labor productivity, equipment utilization, quality, schedules, and operational costs while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Review project budgets, forecasts, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Evaluate operational workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance communication, productivity, and quality.
- Lead change management initiatives and promote adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Spend approximately 25?50% of working time in the field observing operations, supporting crews, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Build strong working relationships with field leadership while ensuring corporate initiatives are effectively communicated and executed.
- Support workforce planning, staffing, succession planning, coaching, and leadership development for field personnel.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, organizational growth, equipment planning, and operational improvements.
- Identify operational challenges early and develop sustainable solutions that improve overall project performance and accountability.

- Ability to walk active jobsites, climb ladders, navigate uneven terrain, and work in outdoor construction environments

- Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials or equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and around heavy construction equipment
