--- Key Responsibilities : Architect and develop scalable frontend systems using React.js & Next.js Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR strategies effectively Optimize performance, Lighthouse scores, and Core Web Vitals Translate product requirements and designs into clean, maintainable UI Integrate REST APIs and manage complex frontend states Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design Review code, enforce standards, and guide best practices Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams Own features end-to-end—from design discussion to production deployment
--- Required Skills : Strong command over JavaScript (ES6+) Deep hands-on experience with React.js Production experience with Next.js Solid understanding of component-driven architecture HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid API integration and error handling Git, branching strategies, and code reviews
--- Good to Have (Stand-Out Skills) : Tailwind CSS / Shadcn UI / Material UI State management: Redux, Zustand, React Query, SWR SEO optimization in Next.js Web performance tuning & lazy loading strategies Accessibility (ARIA, WCAG basics) Experience with PWA & offline-first apps Deployment experience (Vercel, AWS, CI/CD)
