Junior Knowledge Management Analyst

About the role

**Position Overview**

The Junior Knowledge Management Analyst will play a key role in helping Phoventus organize, manage, and leverage its information assets while supporting the company's AI and digital transformation initiatives.

This role combines elements of SharePoint administration, knowledge management, business research, process improvement, and AI enablement. You will help create the foundation for how information is stored, organized, accessed, and utilized across the company.

You will work directly with senior engineers, consultants, and company leadership while gaining hands\-on experience with emerging technologies, business operations, and AI solutions.

This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate who enjoys solving problems, organizing information, learning new technologies, and finding better ways of doing things.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Knowledge Management \& SharePoint**

* Design and maintain SharePoint site structures and document libraries * Develop metadata standards, tagging systems, and document classifications * Improve document organization and searchability across the organization * Establish naming conventions and governance standards * Support document migrations and cleanup initiatives * Monitor and improve information quality and consistency * Build and maintain centralized knowledge repositories

**Artificial Intelligence \& Automation**

* Support the development of internal AI assistants and Copilot solutions * Prepare and organize content used by AI systems and knowledge bases * Test and evaluate AI tools and emerging technologies * Assist with prompt development and AI workflow design * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement * Support Power Automate and Microsoft 365 workflow initiatives * Research AI trends and recommend practical business applications

**Business Development Support**

* Maintain proposal, qualifications, and project experience databases * Organize marketing and business development content libraries * Conduct client, market, and competitor research * Support proposal development through content organization and retrieval * Track industry developments and emerging opportunities

**Research \& Continuous Improvement**

* Conduct technical, regulatory, and market research * Document business processes and workflows * Develop dashboards, reports, and knowledge\-sharing tools * Support lessons\-learned and continuous improvement initiatives * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

**Qualifications**

**Required**

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in: * Business Administration * Information Management * Information Systems * Computer Science * Engineering * Data Analytics * Or a related field * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Strong attention to detail * Comfortable learning new software and technologies * Self\-motivated with a willingness to take initiative

**Preferred**

Experience or familiarity with:

* Microsoft 365 * SharePoint Online * Microsoft Teams * Excel * Power BI * Power Automate * Copilot * ChatGPT or other AI platforms * Database or information management concepts * Technical writing and documentation
