URGENT HIRING: PHRN HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS MANAGER
SALARY PACKAGE: ₱110,000–₱120,000 + 10% Night Differential

STRICT REQUIREMENTS – NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Must hold an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
- At least 5 years of Healthcare BPO experience.
- At least 2 years of experience as a PHRN Healthcare Operations Manager.
- Hands-on experience in Prior Authorization or Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing healthcare operations, teams, and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Must be willing to work strictly onsite in Pasig City.
- Must be available to start ASAP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily US Healthcare BPO operations and ensure achievement of operational targets.
- Lead and manage operations teams, including Assistant Managers and Team Leaders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, quality, and service delivery.
- Drive operational improvements and implement strategies to meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare processes, client requirements, and operational standards.
- Work closely with Quality, Training, Workforce Management, and other support teams.
- Lead client discussions, business reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute action plans to address operational gaps and improve overall performance.

- Active PHRN license is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of Healthcare BPO experience.
- Minimum 2 years as a PHRN Healthcare Operations Manager.
- Prior Authorization or Healthcare RCM experience is non-negotiable.

- Graveyard shift.
- ASAP availability required.
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
