You’re the connection between the kitchen and the dining room, making sure the right food reaches the right guests, looking its best.
- Give every plate its final quality check: correct order, great presentation, and all the finishing touches
- Cut, garnish, and plate pizzas with care
- Keep tickets organized and communicate clearly with cooks and servers
- Catch mistakes and speak up before food leaves the kitchen
- Jump in to run food and support the team during the rush
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready for action
- Use quieter moments to fold boxes, prep supplies, and get ahead of the next rush
