- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Mandatory experience in iGaming / Betting.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving Marketing, CRM, Content, Design, Analytics, and Product/Development teams.
- Ability to independently plan and break down projects into tasks, manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and changes.
- Confident use of task-tracking tools; experience with Asana is a plus.
- Ability to establish effective communication between teams, facilitate working meetings, and document agreements and action items.
- Strong systems thinking, autonomy, and the ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
- Understanding of product and marketing metrics; experience working with Retention teams is a plus.
- English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and digital tools in English.
- Independently manage cross-functional Retention and Marketing projects from initial task definition through completion and results evaluation.
- Develop project plans, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, owners, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate the work of CRM, Content, SMM, Bonus, Design, Product, Development, and Analytics teams.
- Monitor timelines, risks, and changes, proactively identify blockers, and coordinate their resolution.
- Maintain project visibility and keep project information up to date in Asana, analyze results and effectiveness, facilitate regular sync meetings, and document agreements and action items.
- Contribute to improving project management processes, templates, and cross-team collaboration.
- Understand how projects align with product, marketing, and Retention goals.
