Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Assist in the design and implementation of solutions aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (Real estate or IT domain experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
