**Key Responsibilities:**
* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. * Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement. * Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams. * Assist in the design and implementation of solutions aligned with company goals. * Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations. * Facilitate meetings and presentations with clients and internal teams. * Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (Real estate or IT domain experience is a plus). * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). * Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation tools. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
**Preferred:**
* Knowledge of ERP or CRM platforms. * Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts. * Experience working in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
