Job Description

Planning Labs is looking for a skilled and responsible **Full Stack Website Developer** who can independently manage the complete website development process—from planning and design coordination to development, deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

The candidate should be capable of building modern, responsive, fast, secure, and SEO\-friendly websites from scratch.

This is an end\-to\-end role for someone who can take complete ownership of a website project and deliver a fully functional final product.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand business requirements and convert them into a complete website structure. * Plan the website architecture, sitemap, pages, features, and user journeys. * Develop responsive websites for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. * Handle both frontend and backend website development. * Convert UI/UX designs into functional and accurate webpages. * Develop contact forms, enquiry forms, dashboards, blogs, case studies, portfolios, and admin panels. * Integrate third\-party tools, APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, analytics, and social media platforms when required. * Set up domains, hosting, databases, SSL certificates, business emails, and deployment environments. * Ensure the website is fast, secure, SEO\-friendly, and technically optimised. * Conduct browser, device, functionality, speed, and security testing. * Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance problems. * Manage website deployment, updates, backups, maintenance, and technical support. * Coordinate with designers, content writers, digital marketing teams, and project managers. * Deliver projects within committed timelines.

Required Technical Skills

* Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development. * Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar frontend technologies. * Experience with Node.js, PHP, Laravel, or another backend framework. * Knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or similar databases. * Experience developing custom websites and admin panels. * Understanding of REST APIs and third\-party integrations. * Knowledge of Git, GitHub, hosting panels, servers, domains, and deployment. * Understanding of technical SEO, website speed optimisation, security, and Google Analytics. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 2–4 years of experience in full stack website development. * Experience developing corporate, agency, portfolio, service\-based, or e\-commerce websites. * Ability to handle a website project independently from start to final deployment. * Strong problem\-solving and project ownership skills. * Good communication and time\-management abilities. * Candidates with knowledge of UI/UX principles will be preferred. * Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
