Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in production coordination, manpower management, productivity improvement, quality, dispatch, and process discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Dispatch, Sales and other support functions.
- Monitor manpower utilization, productivity, production targets and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of production and dispatch plans.
- Identify operational issues and implement practical corrective actions.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, SOP compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor quality, wastage, rework and process deviations.
- Maintain effective coordination between management and operational teams.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly operational reports and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, discipline and company policies.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Production or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/operations.
- Good leadership, manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Hands-on and result-oriented approach.
- Experience in MS Excel/MIS and operational reporting will be preferred.
