Your mission
- Supporting clients and servers as well as installing, replacing, and maintaining hardware
- Installing, configuring, and managing client systems in MacOS or iOS environments and various backend systems
- Installing and administering the network infrastructure
- Performing error analyses and troubleshooting
- Diagnosing and resolving IT problems and supporting users with technical queries
Your profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the administration of common network technologies (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, virtualization)
- Working with MacOS & iOS
- Independent and structured way of working and high quality awareness
- Strong communication skills, helpfulness, and enjoyment of working in a team
- Very good German & English skills
Ideally, you also have...
- Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., collaborative work platforms)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Workspaces
- Experience with mobile device management solutions (MDM)
- Experience working with Linux or UNIX
