Night shift | Hybrid (once-a-week)

- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Conduct income statement variance analysis and identify key business performance drivers.
- Investigate financial discrepancies and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Support improvements to financial reporting tools and EPM systems.
- Assist with ad hoc financial reporting requests from senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors for monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance teams to improve reporting processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial data for quarterly earnings releases, board presentations, and SEC filings.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Finance and Accounting.
- Must have 2 years of experience working in a Big Four accounting firm.
- Knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or NetSuite is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Financial accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
