About the Role
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Preschool Special Education Teacher to support PCD students in Bennettsville , SC. In this role, you’ll provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and create inclusive learning environments that help students succeed. You’ll work with a collaborative district and a supportive, therapist-run team.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
- Provide specialized instruction across academic subjects
- Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Write progress reports and maintain compliant documentation
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
- Incorporate technology and resources to enhance learning
What We’re Looking For
- MUST HAVE: Valid South Carolina state teaching license in both areas of Special Education: Multicategorical AND also in Early Childhood
- Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
