Pose Aesthetics is a growing independent aesthetics and training business with clinics across the UK. We are looking for someone who wants to become a key part of a successful
independent business, working directly alongside the Practice Owner to help
shape its future. We are looking for a dedicated Sales/Clinic Manager, with a
proven record for hitting KPI’s in our clinic and training academy. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, influence decision-making and play a significant role in the next stage of the practice’s development.
The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual with experience managing a team and hitting targets, with an outstanding sales record, and customer service skills.
We are seeking an ambitious professional, ideally with a passion for aesthetics
and customer service, to continue to grow our luxury and already thriving aesthetics brand. Whilst the role includes responsibility for the day-to-day management of the practice, we are looking for someone who is equally excited by improving systems, developing people, enhancing the patient experience and helping the business continue to grow and evolve.
About You
We are looking for someone who has proven experience in a management or supervisory position within aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a management or supervisory role
- Ideally from an aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, retail or customer-service environment
- Confident managing and motivating a team
- Commercially aware with a strong sales background
- Target and KPI driven
- Organised and able to work independently
- Confident dealing with staff and client concerns
- Professional, reliable and approachable
- Passionate about delivering an excellent client experience
- Comfortable taking ownership and getting things done
A Level 3 qualification in Beauty, Hair & Beauty, Aesthetics or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day running of the clinic
- Leading and supporting a small team of approximately 3–4 staff
- Managing staff rotas, cover and operational requirements
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Monitoring staff performance and KPIs
- Driving sales, bookings, rebooking and client retention
- Supporting the team to achieve sales targets
- Managing client concerns and ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation
- Supporting stock and inventory management
- Ensuring company SOPs and procedures are followed
- Ensuring training courses and clinic days are appropriately staffed and prepared
- Identifying opportunities to improve the business and increase revenue
- Working closely with the Practice Owner on the continued growth of the clinics
