There’s a common misunderstanding that you need to be into energy to be into energy. It’s actually the opposite. But there is stuff to learn and students have limited time, so instead of hiring you all now, we want to give you a unique problem, specific to something you and the company find important.
We’re primarily looking for students in or from CT, NJ, RI, NH, NY, and PA.

The goal is to mutually agree that you belong at Powertown post-grad. This doesn’t bind you to working here, but if you’re — say, doing IB and want an out (but you don’t know enough about what you like to decline) — this could be your forum to work very hard on a problem and see if it lands. At an early-stage company, your work is usually a measurement of how much you care about it. And we’ll match your offer + equity if we agree this is right.
