Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in planning or related field (e.g., Geography, Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Political Science).

3+ years of relevant professional experience with researching, writing, presenting land use development or related projects.

Demonstrated knowledge of Idaho Local Land Use Planning Act and related statutes, environmental planning principles, public agency procedures, and technical knowledge.

Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.

Ability to complete documents that are cohesive and easy to read.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.

Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite.
