We are looking for a highly driven and hands\-on Senior Manager – Digital Marketing (Individual Contributor role) to own and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability and thrives in a fast\-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will be responsible for driving demand generation, optimizing performance marketing campaigns, and contributing directly to pipeline growth. **Key Responsibilities:*** Digital Strategy \& Execution:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals. * Demand Generation:
Plan and run end\-to\-end campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and social channels to generate high\-quality leads. * Performance Marketing:
Independently manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on ROI, CAC, and conversions. * Hands\-on Campaign Management:
Set up, monitor, and continuously improve campaigns—ad creatives, targeting, bidding, and budgets. * Marketing Automation \& Lead Nurturing:
Execute lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and automation journeys to improve conversion rates. * Analytics \& Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards; derive actionable insights. * Content Collaboration:
Work closely with content/design teams to develop high\-impact messaging, landing pages, and campaign assets. * Website \& Conversion Optimization:
Drive landing page improvements and A/B testing to enhance user experience and conversion rates. * Market \& Competitor Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital channels. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). * 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B SaaS. * Proven hands\-on experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns. * Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools. * Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager (or similar) * Strong analytical mindset with a data\-driven approach. * Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns while working collaboratively * Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. **Preferred Skills:*** Experience in scaling demand generation for SaaS products. * Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel optimization. * Exposure to Account\-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus.
