Whatâs an Expression of Interest?
If we have no specific jobs advertising in the location and area you are interested in working in, you can submit an Expression of Interest, which contains information about you, your job preferences, and your availability. Youâll then be added to our candidate pool, where youâll be considered for opportunities and contacted if a job youâre matched to becomes available. No more scrolling our Careers website regularly to check for new jobs â weâll let you know if you match a job near you!
If you are matched to a job you'll be invited to check out the details and confirm you interest and availability for the job - you'll always have the choice to decline.
Improving your "matchability"
Our system matches candidates based on suitability for a specific job. To maximise your chances of being matched, we suggest when completing the Expression of Interest you consider each question carefully and include the broadest preferences based on what is relevant for you.
