What You'll Do
- Build financial models and perform valuation analyses using discounted cash flow and comparable company methods.
- Prepare client reports, financial analyses, and presentations.
- Work with senior advisors, business owners, and CFOs throughout client engagements.
- Support valuations related to financial reporting, ESOPs, and corporate transactions.
- Manage project deadlines while collaborating with a knowledgeable, supportive team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- One to two years of accounting or corporate finance experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Interest in pursuing the CFA or ASA designation.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed.
- U.S. citizenship or green card authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation of $72,800–$83,200, plus a benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, generous sick and vacation time, and paid parental leave.###
