Job Summary

Prestige Carpet Cleaning is looking for a dependable, motivated, and organized Restoration Operations Manager to join our growing team in Ridgeley, WV.

This is a hands-on leadership position overseeing restoration projects from start to finish, including emergency response, project coordination, estimating, job documentation, crew management, customer communication, and communication with insurance companies and adjusters.

No Restoration Experience? No Problem.

We are willing to train the right candidate.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good leadership and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. Experience in construction, drywall, framing, carpentry, remodeling, contracting, or residential building is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies
  • Perform water extraction, removal of damaged materials, and setup of drying equipment
  • Perform biohazard cleanup, including trauma, sewage, and other hazardous materials
  • Start and coordinate restoration projects from initial response through completion
  • Dispatch and coordinate crews, equipment, and schedules
  • Lead crews and monitor projects from start to finish
  • Create detailed property measurements and structural diagrams for mitigation planning, documentation, and insurance claims
  • Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate, Symbility, and MICA
  • Maintain accurate and thorough job documentation
  • Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process and provide regular updates
  • Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters regarding job status, documentation, and estimates
  • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally
  • Lead, support, and train field technicians
  • Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed

Qualifications

  • Restoration, construction, remodeling, or skilled-trade experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills, equipment, and restoration procedures
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to read, create, and understand property measurements and diagrams
  • Estimating or insurance experience is helpful but not required
  • Experience with Xactimate, Symbility, or MICA is helpful but not required
  • Leadership, supervisory, or crew-management experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to participate in on-call and emergency response

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Typical hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • Hours may extend beyond 4:00 PM depending on job requirements
  • Weekend availability required as needed
  • On-call and emergency response responsibilities required

Pay

$22.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
