We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling, with experience creating engaging creatives for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Design social media creatives, banners, ad creatives, emailers, brochures, and marketing collateral. * Create visually appealing graphics for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. * Develop branding materials including logos, presentations, and promotional assets. * Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver high\-quality creative campaigns. * Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives. * Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and marketing visuals. * Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices. * Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. * Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is an added advantage. * Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding. * Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus. * Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced digital marketing environment.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. * 1–2 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment. * A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in motion graphics and video editing. * Familiarity with AI\-powered design tools. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
