About Modular Majestics

Modular Majestics is a design-and-build company specializing in customized interior solutions, modular cabinetry, and residential and condominium renovations. We bring together design, technical planning, fabrication, and installation to deliver functional, well-crafted interior spaces.

We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager who can lead our production team, strengthen our manufacturing processes, and ensure that projects are fabricated accurately, efficiently, and according to approved specifications.

The Role

The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, from the handover of approved designs and technical drawings through fabrication, quality inspection, and preparation for site installation.

We welcome candidates from modular cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, joinery, architectural millwork, shopfitting, and other relevant fabrication industries. Candidates from other manufacturing sectors may also be considered if they demonstrate strong production management skills and the ability to learn custom cabinetry processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement production schedules based on project deadlines, material availability, manpower capacity, and installation requirements.
  • Monitor daily production activities and ensure work progresses according to established priorities.
  • Allocate manpower, equipment, and resources efficiently.
  • Monitor work-in-progress and identify bottlenecks, delays, and potential schedule risks before they affect project delivery.

2. Technical Coordination and Fabrication

  • Coordinate with Design, Technical/QS, Procurement, and Project Management to ensure complete and accurate production handovers.
  • Review approved drawings, cutting lists, material specifications, hardware requirements, and revisions before fabrication begins.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, and technical issues that may cause fabrication errors or site installation problems.
  • Ensure production follows approved drawings, specifications, dimensions, and construction standards.

3. Quality Assurance and Process Improvement

  • Establish and enforce quality-control checkpoints throughout fabrication and assembly.
  • Investigate defects, cutting-list errors, material wastage, and recurring production problems.
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures to reduce rework, material repurchases, and avoidable costs.
  • Continuously improve production methods, workflow, and operational efficiency.

4. Materials, Inventory, and Cost Control

  • Coordinate material requirements with Procurement and Warehouse personnel.
  • Monitor material consumption, wastage, inventory movement, and production-related expenses.
  • Ensure materials and hardware are used according to approved specifications and properly accounted for.
  • Identify opportunities to improve material utilization and reduce unnecessary production costs.

5. Team Leadership and Accountability

  • Supervise production personnel, team leaders, and workshop activities.
  • Set clear daily and weekly targets and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Enforce workplace discipline, safety standards, housekeeping, and proper equipment use.
  • Coach personnel, address performance issues, and develop a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

6. Reporting and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Submit regular production reports covering output, schedule adherence, work-in-progress, manpower, material issues, quality defects, and risks.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues affecting production and project completion.
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure timely escalation of operational concerns.

Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in production, fabrication, furniture manufacturing, cabinetry, joinery, or a comparable manufacturing environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising production personnel or workshop operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan production schedules, allocate manpower, monitor output, and manage deadlines.
  • Experience in quality control, material management, cost control, and process improvement.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, measurements, specifications, and production documents.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work hands-on with the production team and address operational issues on the shop floor.
  • Familiarity with modular cabinetry, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, built-in furniture, woodworking machinery, or board-based fabrication is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with production planning software, CAD/CAM systems, or cabinet-design software is an advantage.

Candidates with strong experience in related fabrication or manufacturing industries are encouraged to apply, provided they can demonstrate sound technical judgment and a willingness to learn cabinetry-specific processes.

What We Are Looking For

We need a manager who does more than supervise daily activities. The successful candidate must be able to organize production, anticipate problems, enforce standards, and build systems that produce consistent results.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Systems-oriented: Establishes repeatable processes rather than relying on verbal instructions and last-minute intervention.
  • Results-driven: Takes ownership of production output, quality, cost, and deadlines.
  • Technically minded: Understands how design, materials, fabrication, and installation affect one another.
  • Accountable: Uses accurate data to identify problems, take corrective action, and prevent recurrence.
  • People-focused: Can lead a team firmly and fairly while developing employee competence.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Free parking
  • On-site parking
  • Opportunities for promotion
  • Paid training
  • Promotion to permanent employee
