Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular customer visits to generate inquiries and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential customers, projects, and emerging market segments.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals to customers and follow up on purchase orders (POs).
- Negotiate with customers and ensure successful order conversion.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales activities, from lead generation and inquiry handling to order closure.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial tools and equipment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and sales operations.
