Job Title: Influencer Marketing Campaign Execution Executive

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Execution to manage influencer campaigns from confirmation to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Coordinate with creators, influencers, managers and brand POCs.
- Share briefs and ensure creators clearly understand campaign requirements.
- Track content drafts, approvals, revisions, posting dates and deliverables.
- Negotiate commercials with creators based on campaign budgets.
- Follow up proactively to ensure campaigns are completed within timelines.
- Maintain campaign trackers and provide regular status updates.
- Handle multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.
- Support creator outreach, calling and shortlisting when urgent campaign requirements arise.
- Resolve execution issues and ensure smooth communication between brands and creators.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1+ year of relevant experience in influencer marketing, campaign execution or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and influencer marketing.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and campaign trackers.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates with prior agency experience will be preferred.
Important: This is an execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of campaigns rather than requiring continuous supervision.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
