Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Designer to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you will lead the design process for digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across web and mobile platforms. Your expertise will drive the development of intuitive interfaces, compelling visual designs, and user-centered solutions that align with business goals. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions that captivate users and elevate our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs that optimize usability and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create high-fidelity visual designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to implement responsive web designs utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
  • Conduct user research and analyze data using tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to inform iterative improvements and validate design effectiveness through A/B testing.
  • Apply human-centered design principles to craft engaging experiences for mobile applications and web platforms that meet diverse user needs.
  • Work within Agile methodologies such as Scrum to deliver rapid prototypes and iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and usability insights.

Experience

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products, including mobile applications and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and React Express.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead UX design projects from requirements gathering through delivery while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Axure), prototyping software (InVision, UXPin), and graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile practices like Scrum, and tools such as Jira for project management.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards in interaction design to ensure inclusive experiences across all devices and users.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret web analytics data for continuous product improvement.
  • Experience designing for responsive web environments using frameworks like Bootstrap or WordPress; understanding of motion graphics via Adobe After Effects is a plus.
