Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Designer to join our creative team and drive the development of engaging digital experiences. In this role, you will lead the design of user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, translating complex business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling solutions. Your expertise in human-centered design, interaction design, and responsive web development will be essential to creating seamless user journeys that delight and empower our users. As a key contributor to product development, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our digital products, ensuring accessibility, usability, and aesthetic excellence at every touchpoint.

Duties

  • Lead end-to-end product design processes, including requirements gathering, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Develop detailed user flows, information architecture, and interaction models that enhance user engagement across web and mobile platforms.
  • Create high-fidelity visual designs using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Adobe XD while adhering to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React and Angular to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for performance.
  • Conduct user research and analysis using tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to develop innovative solutions that meet business requirements while prioritizing usability and accessibility in interaction design.
  • Support rapid prototyping using tools such as InVision or UXPin to validate concepts quickly within Agile teams following Scrum practices.

Experience

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile application interfaces.
  • Extensive knowledge of front-end development principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular), and RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless collaboration with development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools such as Balsamiq, Axure, Zeplin, or Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies like Scrum, and product development cycles from concept through deployment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from analytics platforms for continuous UX improvement.
  • Expertise in designing for accessibility standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - WCAG) ensuring inclusive experiences across all devices.
  • Knowledge of data visualization techniques using motion graphics or interactive elements to enhance information clarity within dashboards or reports.

Pay: $99,059.41 - $119,297.36 per year
