Experience: 5+ years The role You lead the engineering of about ten live and new products, with a team of about ten developers. You make the technical decisions, keep each product moving, and make sure what we ship works. You use AI coding agents every day: agents review, fix and merge most pull requests, and you direct them and check their work. Products you will own Business software: ERP, CRM and HRMS on Frappe, with a Flutter mobile app. Booking platforms for resorts and coworking spaces (Flutter, Supabase, Razorpay). A hosted business phone service on Telnyx (FastAPI, React, Flutter softphone). A live operations platform for an NGO with field staff in 29 mandals. Vikky, our voice AI assistant (LiveKit, realtime voice models, LLM agents) and its ESP32 speaker. An AI news-video engine, a family finance app, and new client projects. What you do Set the technical direction and the priorities for each product, with the founders and the clients. Review and merge code, mostly through AI agents; fix critical problems yourself. Keep production healthy: deployments, CI/CD, AWS (Mumbai), monitoring, backups and costs. Turn client conversations into clear issues, specs and plans. Guide the developers: they build new features, test on real devices and work with the stakeholders. Keep the trackers (GitHub Projects) current and report status every week. You have Real production experience as a full-stack engineer, and experience as a lead of a small team. Strong Python and TypeScript. Working knowledge of Flutter and SQL (PostgreSQL). Experience with AWS, Docker, Linux and GitHub Actions. Daily use of AI coding agents (for example Claude Code or Codex), and the judgment to check their output. Clear written English. You explain technical trade-offs to people who are not engineers. Good to have Frappe or ERPNext, Supabase, Telnyx or other telephony APIs. Voice AI (WebRTC, LiveKit, speech models) or ESP32 firmware. Indian payments and GST invoicing (Razorpay).
