Description: As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products. Primary duties of this position include:
- Continuously assess market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and participate in agile ceremonies such as daily standups and sprint reviews.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of product development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to create a cohesive product roadmap.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business objectives and user needs.
- Work closely with development teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Clearly communicate product requirements and ensure alignment across teams, including product updates and progress to various stakeholders.
- Maintain a welldefined backlog and ensure it aligns with overall product strategy.

Requirements:

- Experience working with PCs and Data Entry
- Willingness to take direction from Senior Team Members
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance technical and business considerations to make informed decisions.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Experience working with Cherwell Service Management
- Ability to write queries for use in Team Foundation Services
- Experience working with XML and interface tools such as Postman
- Experience writing SQL Queries using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Ability to mentor new team members on our Agile Software Development Practices
