Job Summary
Responsible for supporting daily production operations by assisting in material preparation, production line activities, packing, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area. Ensures efficient workflow and compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and staging raw materials and packaging materials for production.
- Support machine operators during line setup and changeover activities.
- Monitor production activities and report any operational issues to the supervisor.
- Assist in labeling, packing, sealing, and boxing of finished products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area in accordance with GMP standards.
- Record basic production data, including output and material usage.
- Assist in sorting and segregating non-conforming products and waste materials.
- Participate in daily cleaning, 5S activities, and inventory checking.
- Follow food safety procedures and workplace safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cGMP, HACCP, and FSSC standards.
- Basic understanding of food production processes and safety requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, and occasional Sundays and holidays.
- Willing to work in a hot and humid manufacturing environment.
- Physically fit and able to spend most of the workday standing and walking on the production floor.
Pay: Php850.00 - Php950.00 per day
