WE'RE HIRING! Industrial / LEAN Manufacturing Engineer – Pennsylvania, USA
PMC (Production Modeling Corporation) is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with strong LEAN Manufacturing expertise for a long-term contract that may very well turn into a permanent, full-time position with one of our clients in Pennsylvania.

Required Experience and Technical Skills: We are seeking candidates with practical, hands-on experience in the following areas:
+ LEAN Manufacturing – Continuous improvement, waste reduction, and operational efficiency
+ Time Studies / Work Standards – Labor standards, time-and-motion studies, and productivity analysis
+ Manufacturing Layout Optimization – Workstation layouts, equipment placement, and production flow
+ Process Mapping / Material Flow Optimization – Identifying bottlenecks and improving manufacturing processes
+ Standard Work Documentation – Developing and implementing standardized work procedures
+ Value Stream Mapping (VSM) – Evaluating current-state and future-state processes
+ Plan for Every Part (PFEP) – Material planning, inventory flow, and point-of-use delivery
