Educational Qualification
- B.Tech./B.E. in Computer Science or IT.
- MBA/M.Tech. in Management or Systems preferred.
Mandatory Experience
- 10–15 years in program/project management.
- Minimum 5 years in AI/ML or digital transformation initiatives.
- 3–5 years in senior management roles overseeing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholders.
- Experience with government or PSU programs is preferred.
Mandatory Technical and Management Skills
- Program management: Agile, PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, program governance, planning, and delivery.
- Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Zoho Projects, Monday.com, or equivalent program management tools.
- Risk and governance: Risk management frameworks, change control, compliance, issue escalation, and dependency management.
- Budget and vendor management: Cost estimation, budget tracking, resource allocation, vendor evaluation, and contract administration.
- Technical awareness: API management, microservices, enterprise integration, conversational AI, NLP, computer vision, and automation.
- Government processes: Public procurement, RFE lifecycle, multi-agency coordination, and stakeholder governance.
- Security: Data classification, access control, and information assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own program governance, planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate Solution Architects, Business Analysts, technical leads, and stakeholders.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, resources, risks, KPIs, dashboards, and deliverables.
- Conduct reviews with government officials and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile certifications.
Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
