**Job Summary**
Looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to convert qualified leads into premium residential interior projects through consultative selling and excellent client relationship management.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage inbound/outbound leads and maintain CRM. * Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement analysis. * Present design solutions, proposals, and quotations with the design team. * Handle negotiations and close high\-value interior projects. * Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely booking advances. * Coordinate with design/execution teams for smooth project handover. * Build long\-term client relationships and generate referrals.
**Required Skills**
* CRM Management, Consultative Selling, High\-Ticket Sales, Negotiation, Proposal Presentation, MS Office, Communication, Relationship Building, Customer Focus.
**Qualification**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. MBA preferred.
**Experience**
* Minimum 2\+ years in luxury interiors, real estate, architecture, premium furniture, or high\-value consultative sales. Experience handling projects worth ₹20 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore\+ preferred.
