As a senior UX designer at Level20, you'll play a critical role in designing intuitive, internal-facing user experiences for a digital insurance experience. In partnership with the Lead UX Designer and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll transform user needs, operational workflows, and business objectives into user-centered design solutions across internally developed applications and third-party platforms. You'll create user/process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex operational workflows. In addition, you'll conduct user research, validate design decisions through user feedback, and continuously refine designs as business needs evolve.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH (Office Location: 800 W Saint Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home-days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday). Please include your portfolio link or samples of work in your application.
Minimum qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years of experience designing user experiences for digital products or services
Preferred skills
- Proficiency in Figma; experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and maintaining a shared design system
- Experience designing internal-facing enterprise applications that support complex business workflows
- Experience translating user research and business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to influence design decisions
- Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- $100,000 - $140,000/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
