Location: Valenzuela City (Office-Based with Regular Site Visits)
Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Architect who can oversee multiple design and construction projects, coordinate office and site operations, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to approved plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee multiple ongoing construction projects, monitor progress, and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Construction Scheduling: Prepare, implement, and regularly update construction schedules, weekly work targets, and project timelines.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, construction progress, quality, and compliance with approved plans.
- Office and Site Coordination: Serve as the link between the design team, site personnel, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
- Technical Coordination: Review architectural and construction drawings, resolve site concerns, and coordinate necessary revisions.
- Progress Monitoring: Prepare and review daily and weekly accomplishment reports, photo documentation, and project status updates.
- Materials and Manpower Planning: Coordinate material requirements, procurement schedules, manpower allocation, and upcoming construction activities.
- Quality Control: Ensure construction works meet company standards, approved specifications, and project requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular project updates, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions directly to the Principal Architect.
Qualifications
- Licensed and Registered Architect.
- Experience in construction supervision and project management preferred.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledgeable in construction methodologies, scheduling, and site coordination.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to conduct regular site visits and travel to project locations.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php41,000.00 per month
