A consultancy supporting a major retailer is seeking an experienced contractor for a 3–4 month engagement to lead the development of country/local plans across its European markets.

The role will translate central strategy and local market insight into practical, market\-specific plans, working closely with Country Leads and key stakeholders. It will also establish a repeatable process, including templates, governance and handover materials, so the capability can be managed internally in future.
