**What You'll Do**
* Manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings; keep logs current and the field unblocked * Coordinate subcontractors and support buyout, scopes, and change orders * Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and document control * Support scheduling, procurement tracking, and long\-lead management * Review drawings and specs; flag conflicts and constructability issues early * Assist with cost tracking, budgets, and pay applications * Support QC walks, punch lists, commissioning, and closeout * Work closely with superintendents and self\-perform crews in the field
**What You'll Bring**
* Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related — or equivalent experience * 2–5 years with a commercial general contractor as a PE or APM * Working knowledge of RFI/submittal workflows, subcontractor coordination, and cost basics * Proficiency in construction management software (Procore or similar), Bluebeam, and MS Office * Strong communication, organization, and a proactive, team\-first mindset
