Job Description
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our small team as a Project Executive.
The role will be part-time, (approx. 20 hrs per week) that can be arranged flexibly around other commitments and will be based within our office on West Street, Marlow.
The Project Executive will have responsibility for managing a number of market research studies simultaneously from start to finish. Full training will be provided and the role reports directly to the Director.

Specific Responsibilities:
Project Management
· Managing multiple projects to a high standard
· Following project processes
· Retain clear and timely records of the progress of each project
· Identifying potential respondents from our panel and other sources and recruiting respondents to participate in market research studies
· Communicate with a range of healthcare professionals in a professional manner
· Produce regular updates of progress for our clients
· Scheduling research sessions with respondents
· Closing projects and updating our records
· Always abiding by industry codes of conduct and GDPR legislation in the course of the work (training provided)
What we are looking for
· Must be highly organised
· Tenacious and a problem-solver – not satisfied until the job is done
· Solid Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel) and ideally database experience
· Strong written and spoken English
· Confidence to communicate with healthcare professionals of all calibers both on the phone and email
· Task prioritisation
· Experience working in an office environment
· Knowledge of the healthcare or market research industries would be an advantage
