About the Role

We are looking for a Project Management Trainee Intern who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end LMS and assessment operations for colleges onboarded with us. The role involves college coordination, LMS management, assessment creation and scheduling, student support, client communication, reporting, and new college outreach.

Roles & Responsibilities1. College Onboarding & LMS Management

  • Onboard newly partnered colleges onto the LMS.
  • Configure and manage the LMS according to each college's requirements.
  • Create and manage student accounts.
  • Handle the complete LMS operations for assigned colleges.
  • Ensure the LMS activities are managed according to the college's timetable and schedule.

2. Assessment Creation & Management

  • Create assessments according to the college's requirements and timetable.
  • Create high-quality and accurate assessment questions covering Aptitude and Technical subjects.
  • Ensure that every question has:
  • Correct question wording.
  • Accurate options.
  • A verified correct answer.
  • Clear and logically correct explanations where required.
  • Appropriate difficulty level.
  • Research and prepare company-specific assessment papers whenever required.
  • Test assessments thoroughly before scheduling them for students.
  • Schedule and conduct assessments through the LMS.
  • Monitor assessments and ensure they run smoothly.

3. Student Support

  • Create student accounts and ensure students have proper LMS access.
  • Handle student queries related to login, assessments, and LMS usage.
  • Resolve student issues promptly and coordinate with the internal team whenever technical assistance is required.
  • Remain responsive and available during important assessment activities.

4. Client & College Coordination

  • Communicate with college representatives and clients through calls, email, and other communication channels.
  • Attend client calls whenever required.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned colleges and ensure their requirements are handled properly.

5. Reports & Documentation

  • Generate and share assessment results after completion.
  • Prepare assessment completion reports.
  • Maintain student attendance records.
  • Track assessment participation and completion status.
  • Prepare and share other reports required by colleges or clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of LMS activities, assessments, attendance, and student participation.

6. New College Outreach

  • Assist in approaching and communicating with new colleges.
  • Identify and reach out to potential college clients.
  • Communicate with prospective colleges to understand their requirements.
  • Support the team in the onboarding process of new colleges.

7. Research & Content Support

  • Research aptitude and technical questions for assessments.
  • Research company-specific requirements and assessment patterns when needed.
  • Ensure assessment content is accurate, relevant, and free from repeated or incorrect questions.
  • Stay updated with the requirements of different companies and college assessments.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple colleges and tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and college representatives over calls.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of LMS, assessments, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
  • Ability to research and verify aptitude and technical questions.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them independently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
