We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to oversee site executions, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day execution activities across residential and commercial sites, ensuring work matches approved design drawings and quality standards.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Maintain project timelines, schedule site activities, track material deliveries, and keep projects within budget.
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, modular kitchen fabricators, and other subcontractors.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients during the execution phase, providing regular progress updates.
- Quality Assurance & Handover: Conduct final quality inspections, resolve site issues swiftly, and ensure seamless client handover.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project management, site execution, or civil construction supervision for interior design projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong site management, problem-solving, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical interior drawings (AutoCAD, 2D/3D layouts).
- Valid driving license and willingness to visit site locations around Karunagappally/Kollam.
