Reports To: Marketing Head / Director
Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: Surat (On-site)
Job Summary
The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marketing activities, tracking tasks, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets, and managing communication between social media, graphics, multimedia, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily marketing projects and tasks.
- Assign and track tasks for graphics and multimedia technical teams.
- Follow up on pending work and project deadlines.
- Coordinate with Shopify Developer for website updates
- Support product launches and sale campaigns.
- Ensure creatives, videos, and website updates are delivered on time.
- Maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Escalate delays and blockers to the Marketing Head.
- Prepare weekly project status reports.

Qualification

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
