Overview
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead construction projects from planning through completion, coordinating teams, schedules, budgets, and project requirements. You’ll work with project partners to keep complex infrastructure or commercial construction work organized, compliant, and moving forward.
Duties
- Your impact: Coordinate schedules, costs, and field activities so project teams can deliver safe, compliant work and clients and communities benefit from reliable infrastructure.
- Lead project coordination, construction schedule coordination, and construction scheduling; track progress and address issues that could affect delivery.
- Manage construction budgets, cost management, estimates, contracts, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with field teams and partners, applying construction plans, blueprint reading, and construction regulations to support execution and regulatory compliance.
- Use construction management software and project management software to organize schedules, records, and project updates.
Skills
- Experience in construction project management, construction management, project management, project leadership, and managing teams in a construction management role; construction site experience and broader construction experience are important.
- Ability to manage complex infrastructure projects, commercial construction work, project scheduling, time management, and construction budget management.
- Working knowledge of construction estimating, construction plans, blueprint reading, contracts, construction regulations, and construction regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, Primavera P6, Prolog, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with construction management software is useful; specific software familiarity may vary by project.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
