Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software, coordinating all phases of construction schedule management. * Manage project budgets by tracking costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost management strategies to optimize resources. * Oversee construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings; ensure compliance with all construction regulations and safety standards. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and project alignment. * Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed; conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance. * Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining comprehensive project documentation. * Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, or Bluebeam to streamline project workflows and reporting. * Lead project team members by providing clear direction, managing performance expectations, and fostering a culture of collaboration. * Ensure regulatory compliance across all phases of construction; stay updated on local building codes and industry standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing large\-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on civil or heavy civil works. * Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and construction\-specific software like ProCore or Bluebeam. * Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling (construction schedule coordination), cost management, and contract administration. * Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with Construction plans and specifications. * Hands\-on experience working on active construction sites; understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail; adept at time management to meet tight deadlines. * Knowledge of construction regulations governing commercial infrastructure projects; ability to navigate complex permitting processes. * Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
