Own solution architecture and delivery for Kore.ai Agent Platform (Artemis) implementations across voice, digital and agent-assist use cases.
Responsibilities
- Design Kore.ai Agent Platform architectures covering agents, tools, memory, orchestration, guardrails and retrieval.
- Lead migration from XO V1/V2 to Agent Platform and greenfield Artemis builds for enterprise customers.
- Define integration patterns for CCaaS, CRM, knowledge bases and observability stacks on Kore.ai.
Requirements
- 6+ years enterprise architecture; 2+ years delivering Kore.ai XO Platform or Agent Platform solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Kore.ai Agent Platform, SmartAssist, AgentAssist, Search AI and XO migration patterns.
- Strong grasp of contact-center integrations, LLM guardrails, security and enterprise data governance.
