Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound demand; run discovery with enterprise CX, IT and data leaders.
- Lead demos, technical deep-dives and RFP responses with partner ecosystem support.
- Partner with account executives and delivery to convert opportunities into signed SOWs.
Requirements
- 4+ years in enterprise sales, pre-sales or solutions consulting for CX / AI software or services.
- Hands-on with Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone or Google CCAI.
- Strong executive communication, discovery skills and comfort in multi-stakeholder deals.
